REFUNDS, CANCELLATION & TERMS  OF USE POLICY

I understand that should my Instructor cancel a session with less than 12 hour prior notice, I shall be entitled to a rescheduling of the class in an available slot at my earliest convenience. 

I understand that in the case of unfavourable weather (rain, snow, or high winds) my class WILL NEED to be rescheduled for another time and I shall be entitled to reschedule the class in an available slot at my earliest convenience. 

I understand that in compliance with UK law, I have a 14 day cooling off period with the purchase of any of the services on this site. Refunds will be made at 50% of the price purchased for services used, and 100% of services unused in the 14 day cooling off period. 

After the 2 weeks from date of purchase, any refunds made will be at the discretion of Longboard School and assessed on a case by case basis. While I will be provided the tools and encouragement to reach my goals, ultimately I assume responsibility for making the required changes. I agree to fully inform my instructor of any issues that arise.

I understand that Longboard School operates on a scheduled appointment basis for Individual and Private Group Classes. Therefore, when cancelling an appointment, I am required to provide up to or MORE than 12 hours notice, for which no additional levy shall be incurred: 

Before 24 hours of class start time:You may cancel and rebook for free.

Within 24 – 12 hours before class start time: 50% fee payable to rebook class.

Less than 12 hours before class start time: Full class fee payable to rebook.

I understand that I am paying Longboard School for their services and I agree to these Terms and Conditions surrounding cancellations, rescheduling sessions and refunds as outlined in this Policy. 

In the event that I don’t use the services and fall outside of the 14 day cooling off period from purchase, I will still be responsible to make payment for the sessions as agreed above.

My instructor will deliver their sessions and advice to the best of their ability and will respect all applicable UK laws and a professional Code of Conduct at all times.

I have read, completely understood and agree to these terms. I agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions and know that these occur upon my first use of the Website. 

If I do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, I will stop using the website and services immediately.
